Thank you, as always, for considering our product. Please feel free to ask any questions or schedule a visit. Some general information follows.

Volume Discounts are available for orders exceeding 100,000 total plants. Please inquire for details.

To assure quick, efficient loading of your complete order please allow three days prior notice. All trees are guaranteed to be true to name and in healthy condition when they are packed. Trees can be held for short periods in our coolers but please be aware that some species will not tolerate extended periods in storage. Most will perform best when shipped fresh. Claims will receive consideration only if made within 10 days and shipped between Feb 15 and April 1. You will find your survival rate will greatly increase by planting in this optimum six-week window. Prepare your fields in the fall to make this option viable.

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your order, payable when order is confirmed. In the event of a shortage, orders without a deposit may be canceled or reduced. A 2% discount is available for prepaid orders exceeding $100.00, paid by December 31st. Payment in advance is required on all orders until credit is established by application and review. Accounts over 30 days will be charged a service charge (18% APR). Orders may be picked up at the nursery, shipped air freight, or local ground service at cost plus $3.00 per package boxing charge. All orders not picked up or paid in full by March 1 will be subject to resale. Cancellations made after February 1 will forfeit deposit.

Pricing is determined by amount of trees, per species, in each shipment, rather than the total order. If a bag needs to be broken down and hand counted the higher rate will apply. Species vary as to amount in each bag, we'll usually ask if you can use a full bag. Large orders that pick up full bags on multiple occasions will continue to be charged at the composite rate.
