Nordmann Fir and Turkish Fir are European favorites for Christmas trees. The European market prefers different traits in their trees than the American Christmas tree market does. For this reason, there are many seed sources from forests and seed orchards that produce these different traits. The attached document shows the European ratings for several seed sources.
